Warrany & Return Policy

At Crafted by Bob, every handcrafted piece is made with care and attention to detail. While we strive for perfection, our items are individually made and may have small variations that are part of their handmade character.

If your item arrives with a defect in workmanship, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and provide a clear description and photographs of the defect.

Personalized items and vintage items are non-refundable and cannot be returned except in cases of workmanship defects. Because we are a small, one-person shop, we cannot offer free return shipping on all orders. However, if we determine that a replacement is warranted due to workmanship, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

We reserve the right to make exceptions in extraordinary circumstances, handled on a case-by-case basis. By purchasing from Crafted by Bob, you agree to these terms.

Privacy Policy

Crafted by Bob values your privacy. We do not share, sell, or trade your personal information with any third parties. Any information collected during the ordering process (such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about your purchase.

We keep email updates to a minimum and only send messages about your order status or important shop updates. You may request to have your information removed from our records at any time by contacting us at Bob@CraftedByBob.com.

By placing an order through Crafted by Bob, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Customization
  • All items are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal and add to the uniqueness of each piece.

  • Personalized and custom orders require full payment before production begins.

  • A digital proof will be provided for all custom orders. Production begins only after you approve the design.

2. Order Processing & Shipping
  • In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom/personalized orders typically ship within 7–14 business days after design approval.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

3. Returns & Replacements
  • Please review our Warranty & Return Policy for complete details.

  • Personalized and vintage items are non-refundable.

  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

4. Payment & Sales Tax
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Limitation of Liability
  • Crafted by Bob is not responsible for damages or injuries caused by misuse of products.

  • Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

  • Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
