Q: What is Crafted By Bob?

A: Crafted by Bob is a one-man business run from my home in Little Rock Arkansas. My mission is to help you show the people you love that they matter—through gifts that honor where they’ve been, celebrate who they are, and inspire who they’re becoming. More Info.

Q: How do your products work?

A: I offer a variety of products that fall into two basic categories.

  • Premade and Vintage gifts - Available when ordered.

  • Customized gifts: Partially made and personalized when ordered.

Q: Do you offer Bulk Orders?

A: I can offer Bulk quantities on some items such as the Engraved Cork Coasters for a party, or Engraved Bottle Openers for Groomsman gifts.

Q: Do you offer Custom Requests?

A: I do some custom orders depending on what it is you are requesting and if I have the time and materials to complete it. As a one man shop I take each request on a case by case basis.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your products?

A: We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted items. If an item has a defect in workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you, including shipping for the replacement.
Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Personalized and vintage items are non-refundable. We may make exceptions for extraordinary circumstances, at our sole discretion.

Q: How does your business benefit me?

A: Each piece is crafted with intention and care so you can give a gift that truly reflects the personality or sentiment of the recipient. It says you took the time to select a gift with meaning.

Every item is handcrafted or personally selected by me. I am an experienced woodworker and laser artist with decades of creative and technical skill. The attention to detail, quality, and thoughtful design of every product I sell stand out in a world of factory-made goods.

When you have a question or a custom request, you deal directly to me not a chatbot or call center. That personal connection makes the shopping experience smoother and more rewarding.
You are also supporting a small, veteran-owned business that values quality, honesty, and service. There's a level of trust and pride that comes with purchasing from someone who stands behind their work.

Q: Can I see a proof before engraving?

A: I provide proofs for all custom designs, but not on stock images, quotes, or simple names, initials, etc... If it's an odd name or you're really paranoid, you can email me with the request after you place the order.

Q: Do you accept Rush Orders?

A: As I am a one man shop I will consider Rush orders on an individual basis. Send me an email and I will respond ASAP.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?

A: Not at this time. I currently ship only within the United States.

Q: How long do Personalized items take?

A: I try to keep premade non-personalized products in stock that I can add the personalization to them quickly. Typically 2-3 business days to ship. If I am out of stock and have to make an item from scratch... it depends on the item.

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?

A: Because each item is handcrafted or made to order, I do not accept returns due to a change of mind. If there’s a problem with workmanship, I’ll make it right—just contact me within the 7-day window.
